When it works its awesome

I have had to reset my cameras back to factory setting five times now and Ive had them a month. Its a pain. I have to do it in person. So far today Ive done it twice. It was good for a good two weeks. The cameras - I have four on the app disappear and arent recognized. I cant see the name or the image. Support is no help. They swear this has never happened before. Ironic its happened five ones with for different cameras. Too glitchy.
When it works Im so happy. When it doesnt Im frustrated and overwhelmed.
